Terms of Service

EduLynx ERP is a cloud-hosted school management platform developed and operated by KRISLYNX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. The platform provides modules for academics, attendance, examinations, fees, communication, administration and AI-powered analytics for educational institutions.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including institution administrators, teachers, staff, students and parents who access the platform through accounts provisioned by their institution.

By using EduLynx ERP, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account setup and keep your credentials confidential.
• Use the platform only for legitimate educational and institutional management purposes.
• Ensure that all data entered into the platform is accurate and that you have the authority to enter it.
• Notify your institution administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the platform.

Institution administrators are responsible for managing user accounts, roles and permissions within their institution's tenant.

You must not use EduLynx ERP to:

• Upload, transmit or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other institutions' data, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained therein.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform without prior written consent.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

The EduLynx ERP platform — including its source code, design, user interface, documentation, branding and all related intellectual property — is owned by KRISLYNX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your institution's purposes. It does not grant ownership of the platform or any of its components.

Your institution owns its data. All data entered intoEduLynx ERP by an institution and its users remains the property of that institution. We do not claim ownership over institutional data.

• You may request a complete export of your data at any time during active service.
• Upon termination of service, you will be given a reasonable period to export your data before it is deleted.
• We will not access, use or disclose your data except as necessary to operate the platform, provide support, or as required by law.

Data handling is further governed by our Privacy Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep EduLynx ERP available and operational. However:

• The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance, during which the platform may be temporarily unavailable. We will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned maintenance.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures or force majeure events.

EduLynx ERP operates on a one-time license fee model with an optional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Payment terms:

• License fees are due as specified at the time of purchase. See our Pricing page for current plans.
• AMC fees are billed annually and cover platform updates, support and maintenance.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in suspension of support services or platform access.

Refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• KRISLYNX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of EduLynx ERP.
• Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the institution for the platform license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of data entered by institution users or the decisions made based on reports generated by the platform.

• Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement.
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical due to legal or regulatory changes.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of EduLynx ERP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to institution administrators with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.
