- What is EduLynx ERP?
- EduLynx ERP is a comprehensive school management platform developed by KRISLYNX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. It brings academics, attendance, examinations, fees, communication, administration, and AI-powered insights into one secure system designed for Indian schools and educational institutions.
- Who can use it?
- EduLynx ERP is built for schools, colleges, and educational institutions of all sizes. It serves administrators, principals, teachers, students, and parents — each with role-appropriate access to institutional data.
- Does it support multi-school management?
- Yes. EduLynx ERP uses a multi-tenant architecture where each school operates in complete data isolation with its own users, settings, and records. A management group can oversee multiple schools from a single administrative layer.
Modules & Features
- What modules are included?
- The platform includes student management, staff management, attendance tracking, academic management, examination & grading, finance & fee management, report cards, timetable management, admissions, communication & notices, reports & dashboards, and administration modules.
- How does attendance tracking work?
- Attendance is recorded per session (morning/afternoon) or period-wise. Teachers mark attendance through their dashboard. The system generates reports, identifies absentee patterns, and can send automated notifications to parents.
- How does the fee management module work?
- The finance module supports configurable fee structures, installment plans, receipts, concessions, and outstanding tracking. It generates financial reports and can send payment reminders to parents.
- Can it generate report cards?
- Yes. The examinations module supports multiple grading systems (marks, grades, GPA), configurable exam schedules, mark entry by teachers, and automated report card generation in customisable formats.
AI Capabilities
- What AI features does the platform offer?
- The AI Enterprise plan includes an AI operations assistant, daily briefings, attendance and fee insights, at-risk student identification, and class performance analytics. The AI analyses institutional data to surface actionable insights for administrators and teachers.
- What is the AI operations assistant?
- The AI assistant answers natural-language queries about your institution's data — student counts, attendance trends, fee collection status, exam results, and more — without requiring you to navigate dashboards or build reports manually.
- How does at-risk student identification work?
- The AI analyses attendance patterns, academic performance trends, and fee payment history to flag students who may need additional attention. Administrators and teachers receive alerts so they can intervene early.
Security & Privacy
- How is my data secured?
- EduLynx ERP uses multi-tenant data isolation, encrypted connections (TLS), server-side encryption at rest, and role-based access control. All actions are recorded in audit trails for accountability.
- Does it support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?
- Yes. MFA can be enabled for all users or selectively for administrator and teacher accounts. The platform supports time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) through standard authenticator apps.
- Where is the data stored?
- Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in India. Each institution's data is logically isolated and backed up regularly. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
- What is your data privacy policy?
- KRISLYNX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED does not sell or share institutional data with third parties. Data is used solely to provide the EduLynx ERP service. We comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations.
Pricing & Plans
- How much does it cost?
- EduLynx ERP Standard is available at ₹35,000 one-time plus 15% annual maintenance. The AI Enterprise plan is ₹75,000 one-time plus 15% AMC. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Are there any per-student or per-user charges?
- No. The license covers your entire institution regardless of the number of students, teachers, or parent accounts.
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Standard to AI Enterprise at any time by paying the difference. All existing data and configuration is preserved.
Getting Started
- How do I request a demo?
- Visit our demo page to submit your details. Our team will reach out within one business day to schedule a personalised walkthrough tailored to your institution.
- What does the implementation process look like?
- After you sign up, we handle platform setup, data migration from your existing systems (if applicable), configuration of modules and fee structures, user account creation, and initial training for your staff. The typical implementation takes one to two weeks.
- What support is available after implementation?
- The annual maintenance contract includes ongoing technical support, software updates, security patches, cloud hosting, and backups. AI Enterprise customers receive priority support with faster response times.
- Is training provided?
- Yes. Initial training is included with every deployment. We provide role-specific training for administrators, teachers, and other staff members. Additional training sessions can be arranged on request.
